NG00087 - WashU2 GWAS

Overview

This GWAS dataset contains cases and controls collected by the Knight ADRC at Washington University.

This dataset consists of 38 cases, 94 healthy controls, and 103 other subjects that were used in analyses for this study. Participants were recruited as part of a longitudinal study of healthy aging and dementia. Diagnosis of dementia etiology was made in accordance with standard criteria and methods. Severity of dementia was assessed using the Clinical Dementia Rating scale.

WASHU2 was analyzed within the stage 1 discovery dataset in the IGAP Kunkle et al. (2019) publication.
