NG00030 - WashU genotype, phenotype, covariate, and imputation data files

This GWAS dataset contains cases and controls collected by the Knight ADRC at Washington University.
WASHU1 is a GWAS dataset used in the replication stage of the ADGC Naj et al. meta-analysis from 2011. 
It is one of the five cohorts assembled by ADGC to replicate genetic variant findings in LOAD.

The covariate files were generated by ADGC in 2014.
