Due to consent and subject updates, the following IDs were changed in ADC3:

_adc3only_complete_012313.* files have been replaced with _adc3only_complete.fwd.hg19_2018_1011.* files to change the IDs.

NACC Sept2018 files were used to generate the phenotype files.
The covariate files were generated by ADGC in Dec 2013. The only updates were to update the IDs listed above.
The imputation data is 1000G from Mar2012.

These files have also been divided by consent level: non-profit (ALL) or for-profit.
