3) AD: AD status, 1=Control (no-AD), 2=AD case
4) APOE: APOE epsilon genotype. Note rs7412 and rs429358 have been added to the PED file.
5) gender: Sample gender, 1=male, 2=female
6) age_at_death: Age at death where available
7) cerad: CERAD pathology score where available
8) braak: Braak pathology score where available
9) age_at_onset: Age at AD onset where available
