Whole-Genome Called Variants from Families Now Available in Release 5

Data Releases

  • The first ADSP data release occurred on November 25, 2013. It included the whole-genome sequencing data in BAM file format on 410 individuals.
  • The second ADSP data release on March 31, 2014 included the whole-genome sequencing data in BAM file format on an additional 168 individuals.
  • The third ADSP data release occurred on November 03, 2014 and included whole-exome sequencing data in BAM file format on 10,939 individuals.
  • The fourth ADSP data release occurred on February 13, 2015 and included revised ethnic data for subjects with whole-exome sequencing data.

This ADSP fifth data release on July 13, 2015 includes:

(1) WGS Plink fileset and Mendelian Inconsistencies

(2) WGS yearly phenotype updates

(3) WGS pedigree structure changes

(4) WES samples to drop from analysis

(5) WES subject/sample ID updates and data to delete and re-download.

Please use the release notes provided by dbGaP as a guide on subjects to remove.
